Crayonpage Terms of Service

Using Crayonpage

The service is operated under the name CrayonPage, based in China. You can contact us at support@crayonpage.com.

Crayonpage converts authorized photos into black-and-white coloring pages. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Generation requires an account with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Photos and permissions

Upload only photos of yourself or other adults whose permission you have obtained, pets, or ordinary objects. You must have permission to upload the image and use the resulting artwork. Do not upload images of minors, celebrities, sexual content, exploitation, violence, illegal activity, or material that infringes another person's rights. Do not impersonate another person or bypass safety checks.

Input and output images undergo automated safety checks. A rejected image or unavailable safety check prevents delivery. Moderation can make mistakes; you can ask support to review a refusal. Submission does not guarantee a usable result.

Generated artwork and downloads

AI results can differ from the source photo, contain errors, or resemble other outputs. Review each result before publishing or selling it. Resolution and print suitability depend on the actual delivered pixels. A model's 4K setting alone does not establish A4 300DPI quality.

You retain your rights in your original photos. Creator and Publisher plans permit commercial use of delivered results within the rights you hold. This permission does not grant rights in third-party material, promise exclusive copyright, or guarantee acceptance by Etsy, KDP, or another marketplace. Free and Starter results are for personal use. Public downloadable editorial artwork has the usage terms shown on its page.

Plans, credits and renewal

The checkout page states the price, currency, billing interval, and plan allowance before payment. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Monthly plans receive monthly credits; annual plans also receive credits monthly rather than all at once. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred, and are consumed by expiry date.

Up to 20% of a plan's monthly allowance can carry into the following month. Previously carried credits do not carry a second time. Upgrades take effect after successful payment, with additional credits calculated for the remaining period. Downgrades and changes between monthly and annual billing take effect at the next billing period. Cancellation preserves access through the already paid period.

Free draft allowances reset at midnight UTC and are subject to account, IP, concurrency and cost limits. Availability is not guaranteed. Batch items are processed separately; a batch can contain both successful and failed items. Publisher export includes eligible successful items only.

Failed jobs, refunds and retention

Failed or rejected jobs restore the reserved generation credits, or release the free allowance, once. An uncertain upstream submission is investigated; a late result after refund is not automatically delivered. Generation credit restoration is separate from a payment refund. See the Refund Policy.

Free results are retained for 30 days and paid results for 180 days. Original uploads are retained for at most 24 hours after a task ends. Download results before expiry. Deleting a result removes access; financial and safety audit records can be retained separately. See the Privacy Policy.

Service changes and responsibility

We may restrict misuse or pause generation for safety, maintenance or cost control. We will communicate material changes where practicable. AI output and service availability cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Email support@crayonpage.com or use Support tickets in your account for questions, access requests, billing concerns or moderation review. Include the relevant job or order ID; do not send passwords, API keys or card details.
