Crayonpage Privacy Policy

Information we process

CrayonPage, based in China, operates this service. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@crayonpage.com.

Crayonpage processes your account name and email, authentication records, uploaded photos, generated images, selected generation options, job and moderation status, credit transactions, subscription and payment references, and support requests. Network identifiers are used to enforce abuse and free-use limits. Essential session cookies keep you signed in.

We use this information to provide the service, verify accounts, process generation and billing, investigate errors, and prevent abuse. We do not publish your uploads or generated results in the public coloring-page library or search sitemaps. Public editorial artwork is prepared separately.

Providers and image processing

Private storage and application infrastructure use Cloudflare; account and transaction data use PostgreSQL hosted by Neon. Kie processes authorized input images to generate artwork. SeeAPI receives input and generated images for safety moderation. Resend sends account and service emails. Stripe handles checkout and billing; Crayonpage does not store full payment card numbers.

Providers receive the data necessary for their service. Private images are accessed using short-lived authorized links or authenticated requests. Processing may occur outside your country. Provider retention and handling are governed by the applicable provider arrangements; deleting a Crayonpage result does not itself prove deletion of every upstream copy.

Kie's API getting-started guide states that generated media is stored for 14 days and task logs for two months. These periods describe Kie's service and are separate from Crayonpage's storage periods. Input-photo retention and SeeAPI moderation-data deletion arrangements remain subject to the providers' applicable policies; contact support for questions about a specific photo.

Retention and deletion

In Crayonpage's storage, original uploads are retained for at most 24 hours after the task finishes. Free results expire after 30 days and paid results after 180 days. Expired or deleted files become unavailable for download and are queued for physical cleanup. We keep the minimum job, safety and financial audit records needed to reconcile transactions, investigate abuse and meet applicable obligations; those records are separate from the photo files. Backup retention can differ from live storage.

You can delete individual results from your history. For account deletion, access, correction or other privacy requests, email support@crayonpage.com or use Support tickets. We may verify account ownership before responding. The rights available to you depend on your location; nothing in this policy limits applicable statutory rights.

Security and updates

We use private storage, authenticated downloads and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload highly sensitive documents or images unrelated to the permitted coloring-page use. This service is intended for adults and does not accept photos of minors.

We update this notice when relevant practices change and display the revision date above. Contact support through your account if you have questions about a specific upload or transaction.
