Crayonpage Refund Policy

Generation credits

A failed or rejected job restores its reserved credits once. A free failed job releases its reserved free allowance once. Batch items are settled independently, so a partial failure restores only the affected items. An upstream submission whose outcome is uncertain is investigated without automatically submitting it again. If it is refunded, a later result is not automatically delivered.

Credit restoration does not refund a subscription payment. Credit expiry and carry rules continue to apply to the source allowance; restored credits do not create a new subscription period.

Payment refund requests

CrayonPage is based in China. For an incorrect or duplicate charge, an unavailable paid service, or another billing concern, email support@crayonpage.com or submit a Support ticket with your order ID and a description. We review requests against the payment, usage and service records, including whether purchased credits have been used. We do not promise a blanket refund for every delivered AI result. Any mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

An approved payment refund is sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing time depends on Stripe and your bank. Credits associated with a refunded payment may be withdrawn or restricted; already settled generation records remain in the audit history. A partial refund is handled separately from a full refund.

Cancellation and plan changes

Canceling stops future renewal and preserves paid access until the current paid period ends. Cancellation does not by itself refund that period. Downgrades and monthly-to-annual or annual-to-monthly changes take effect at the next billing period. Manage the subscription from your account and retain the confirmation.
